Lash & Hair Spa Etiquette

 

~ Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your appointment if you are a new client in order to fill out necessary forms. Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes of scheduled time. We are committed to ensuring our clients receive the best quality exerience based on the pre-determined timeframe per service.

 

~ Please do not have children or any persons not being serviced accompany you to your appointment (unless medically necessary). This will provide an easy and comfortable atmosphere for our clients that are being serviced.

 

~ Please remove all eye make up prior to any lash appointment.

 

~ Please silence all cell phones and electronic devices during the service. Cell phone use during the appointment is prohibited.

 

 

 

Cancellations/Reschedule

 

~ Please provide at least 24 hour notice of cancellation or reschedule. There will be a 100% cancellation fee without proper notification.
